Barena Venezia offers a straightforward return process, allowing you to return any unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. We ensure that each return is handled with the same artisanal care and attention to detail as our garment production.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and quality-checked at our Venetian atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
